Why Train if I Won't Fight?

Martial Arts training - when done correctly - has the unique advantage of using the entirety of our being. We potentially can train every single muscle in our body, each practice strengthens our mental power, and, through our interaction with our partners we develop and enhance our emotional resilience as well as our social skills.

This is just on the surface. At deeper levels, Martial Arts training has the potential to affect almost every aspect of our daily life - including how we interact and engage with everything in our surroundings.
